  • Return Policy:

  • PHYSICAL BOOKS

  • Due to the nature of books created for coloring and charting, all book sales are final unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please save your original packaging and contact rubycharm@hotmail.com within 7 days. A returned book must be unused (not colored in) and in brand new condition, free from any damage. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and if the book is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value, in addition to a 15% restocking fee. A refund, if the book is returned in perfect condition, will be credited back to customers' Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or American Express credit/debit card.

  • OTHER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (like mugs, totes, etc.): Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received using the return instructions in the package. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the manufacturer's part are covered at our expense.
  • RubyCharmColors is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES THAT HAPPEN IN TRANSIT. Please click here to file a claim with the USPS or here to file a claim with UPS.
  • All sales will be considered absolutely final after 14 days and returns will not be accepted.
  • DIGITAL FILES / DOWNLOADABLE PDFS

    Given the nature of downloadable digital items, I do not offer refunds or credits on these items. If, however, a file is corrupt (please take a screen shot showing the error message) or you have accidentally purchased a duplicate design, please contact me at rubycharm@hotmail.com and I will help!
